Mistakes happen! If you’ve made an error in your shipping address, please call us at 1 (800) 715-1658 as soon as possible. We will only be able to edit your shipping address before your order leaves our facility, so please let us know how we can help right away. We cannot guarantee any changes after the order has been submitted online. Once the order has been shipped, we are not able to change anything. Please refer to the shipping carrier's website for resources on how to redirect an order when it’s en route. Many shipping carriers have options to do this—you will have to contact the shipping carrier and provide the necessary information about your order. Note that some shipping carriers will charge a fee for re-routing.

What is your return policy?
Most of our products are intimates products, so once they leave our facility, they cannot be returned. All orders are final sale for this reason. If you have any questions or concerns, please email hello@sheertex.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Do your products have a guarantee?
Yes! Our 90 Day Good Luck Guarantee covers any damages on all tights products that render them unwearable, observed within the first 90 days from the date of arrival. Reach out to us at the email or phone number below, and we’ll get you started on our quick replacement process. If your tights are eligible for the guarantee, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost, including shipping. Please note that any Sheertex products not purchased directly from our website may not be eligible for our 90 Day Guarantee.
If they're so strong, why is your guarantee only 30 days?
After a multitude of tests, we noticed that a defective product shows damage within the first 30 days of use. While our tights are the strongest on the market, they are still a fine knit, and at the end of the day, an article of clothing. Much like a sweater or pair of pants, you can choose higher quality materials that cost more and will last longer, but sweaters and pants do not come with lifetime guarantees.
Were your tights delivered with the wrong label?
If you recently placed an order with us, it's possible that the label might feature another product name instead. But don't worry! The product you received is what you ordered – it just came in a recycled box. Rather than waste packaging of renamed or older products, we're taking a sustainable approach that aligns with our goal of reducing waste. After all, what's not to love about responsible packaging?

Why can't you take them back when other intimates brands do?
We definitely understand the concern - most intimates brands that take back their products destroy them immediately in order to preserve the sanitation of their facilities, which at this time is not a viable option for us given that we operate out of a small warehouse in Montreal.
Can they be recycled?
Our goal environmentally (and financially!) is to reduce the number of purchases of pantyhose overall - making sure fewer pairs of pantyhose end up in the landfill and thus you needing to buy fewer replacements over time. Although our fibre is not biodegradable, we’re aware of our impact on the environment and are proud to make our products and packaging as sustainable as possible. While individual actions do not equate to the majority of the climate crisis, each small step is a good one, and we are working towards making our product fully circular, one day!

Why are they so expensive?
They are definitely an investment! We are proudly Canadian and we design, manufacture and ship all our products from our factory in Montreal. Our tights made ethically and with lots of love! Each pair contains $30USD of our super strong proprietary fiber and we pay competitive wages and benefits to all our employees.
Why do they cost so much more than other brands?
We totally understand your concern about this and we'd be happy to explain why our tights are priced where they are. We use the world’s strongest fibre, the same fibres used in bulletproof vests and climbing equipment. Our products are priced the way they are because each pair of Sheertex tights contains $35 worth of fibre compared to the pennies in disposable department store brands. Unlike other pantyhose, Sheertex sheers are stain, odor, and moisture resistant and naturally cooling. They also simply last longer than other brands, so they're capable of paying for themselves! As we scale up production, we hope to drive down our price!
Did your prices go up?
We'd love to provide context for this change! We standardized our pricing to better account for the materials and production costs of each of our items. We have been subsidizing the cost of the innovation in the market since our launch to put it in as many hands as possible. The new prices standardize pricing across our products and are a more accurate reflections of the cost of making and selling the product today. We’re still trying to figure out the sweet spot for our prices as we make everything on-site, and we updated these prices as soon as we had the information to do so. If you have any further questions, please do feel free to let us know!
If they are made with $30 worth of fibre, why do they cost more than that?
$30 USD is referring to the cost of raw material going into each pair. On top of that, there are employee wages, machinery, manufacturing and other costs to keep a business running. We produce ethically in Canada which means we pay competitive wages and benefits to every single employee in our offices and factory. This requires the price to be higher like you'll see in many other ethical brands. Traditional disposable pantyhose and fast fashion brands in general are typically made with pennies worth of material and produced in a way that is unethical. Though these items can come cheap, they have a ridiculously high markup compared to their material and moral value. We wanted a product that stands for our values all around. 🥰 That being said, we'd love to make our tights more accessible as that becomes available to us. We are a quickly growing start-up right now, as we grow and are able to procure cost saving, we are excited to bring directly to our wonderful customers. ❤️

How is it made?
We are proudly Canadian and work with a talented, local workforce here in Montreal. Everything from design, manufacturing, customer support and shipping are all done in house.

What are they made of?
Our tights are made of a miniaturized version of the same polymer used in bulletproof vests and mountaineering equipment! It's something we had to spend years and years developing, and we're very proud of it. Other than our special super-strong fibre, our items also contain a lycra that allows them to stretch and to be dyed. Do they feel like normal tights?
Our pantyhose look and feel exactly like your typical pair of pantyhose, but better. Sheertex tights are silky and soft on the skin and comfortable to wear wherever life takes you. Our fibres are naturally antibacterial, cool to the touch, and are a miniaturized version of the fibres found in bulletproof vests and climbing equipment. We’re the most durable pantyhose on the market -- and the most comfortable if we do say so ourselves.
Do they prevent chafing?
Chafing is usually caused by skin on skin irritation. Wearing tights will provide a barrier to that and so will definitely help with chafing. Our special knit boasts even more comfort as they have cooling, drying and odour resistant properties to keep you feeling fresh and confident throughout the day
How do I wash them?
Our tights can be thrown in the gentle cycle of a washing machine and the low heat setting of your dryer. However, for best results, we recommend to hand wash your pantyhose in cold water with a delicates detergent and let air dry. Generally, our products are not fond of bleach, fabric softeners, or ironing boards.
My tights snagged!
Sometimes, since our sheers are a knit rather than a solid fabric, strands of the fibre can get twisted (usually after a wash or first putting them on) into lines that look like snags. This is easily fixed! All you need to do is pinch on either side of the line with both hands at once, and tug sharply a few times, maybe wiggling on some of the more stubborn ones. We will even give our tights a nice hand wash to allow the fibres to reset; repeating the massage method if needed. Don't be afraid to really pull at the line, it should almost make a snapping sound. Our tights can take it!
Do they snag on cat claws?
Since they are still a fine knit, sharp objects like a cat claw can snag a single fiber strand and create temporary damage. However, most times, these damages can be massaged back into place because of how strong the fiber is. We still recommend being careful around sharp objects but you'll have guaranteed better odds with Sheertex!
Do they snag on velcro?
Because our tights are a fine knit, anything sharp or hooked can pierce through and pull a single or a few fiber strands. This could damage the tights but we have created the fibers to be so strong that if anything were to happen, the displaced fiber strand can be massaged back into place. It is recommended to be careful around velcro but if tights and velcro must come in contact, we're your best bet!
Do they snag on dog paws?
We have rave reviews from customers whose tights have passed the puppy test time and time again! We provide a Test Sock with each order for you to test out the strength of our fiber, and it makes a great chew toy 🥰
Do they snag on nails?
Our tights stand up to long nails pretty well! You can see videos of this on our Instagram feed and highlights (Tests in Action). As we are a knitted product, if a sharp object such as a sharp nail actually pierces through the knit and snags an individual fiber, it can pull it out. The great news is, most times, these fibers won't break because of their strength and can be massaged back into place!

Do you make custom orders?
Thank you so much for reaching out! We're super thrilled that you thought of us when wanting to create a pair of custom tights. However, at this time we're not able to create custom designs or orders for customers. If you'd like to pass along your ideas, though, we may be able to incorporate them into future products.
Do your masks have a nose wire?
Our masks do not have a nose wire but are designed in a way that allows them to sit and seal comfortably on the face, even for glasses wearers.
People still wear tights?
Many do! If they aren't your thing, we have a variety of other items that might be more your style.
Are they size-inclusive?
We have sizes XS to 3XL and many videos with many different models showcasing these sizes! Just take a look at each product page for the size guide and to see the product on a wide range of body types.
What makes them different from other brands?

How can I track the status of my order?
We’ll be sending you email updates throughout the entire journey of your package. You’ll be kept up to date with an order confirmation, an out-for-delivery update, as well as a tracking number to see exactly where your package is from the moment it has shipped to the arrival at its final destination.
I’ve submitted my order but need to make a change, what do I do?
Our goal is to process your order as efficiently and accurately as possible, therefore we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has been placed. Please call us at 1 (800) 715-1658 as soon as possible so that we can try our best to make the change required before your order is shipped. Our customer support team is available from 9 AM to 9 PM EST. If you've made an order that needs to be changed outside of that timeframe, please call us the next day as early as possible to increase the chances of us being able to intercept your order before it ships!
How do I apply a discount code to my order?
You can apply a discount code at checkout. Note that only one discount code, promotion, and/or sale can be applied per order. Discount codes are not applicable during ongoing sales.
